How to get a marriage license:

Make an appointment with the San Diego County Clerk's office.

You must both go in person, complete an application, and provide current photo ID.
 
The fee is $50

The day of your wedding bring the license with you when you meet with us to exchange your vows.

We will fill out the license and file it for you. 

If you do not have a witness, one of us will be your witness

A copy of your certificate of marriage will be available from the County Clerk in about ten days.
